FACILITY FEE : All facility rental charges are determined by the day, size, and nature of your event.  For Saturday wedding rentals during the spring, summer or fall, rates begin at $4,000.  Please contact Panorama Events for a specialized quote.

CONFIRMATION : Panorama Events will provide a complimentary “soft hold” on a date of your choice after visiting the property.  If another individual is interested in confirming that same date, you will be notified.  Upon notification, you will have 24 hours to either confirm or release the held date.

PAYMENT : Within 7 days of verbal date commitment, the facility contract and confirmation deposit will be due.  This confirmation deposit of 50% secures the date, will be applied to the total facility rental and is non-refundable.  The rental balance of 50% is due within 60 days in advance of the event.

SECURITY DEPOSIT : A security deposit of $1,200 is due at second payment (60 days in advance of the event) to cover potential property damages to the Barn and/or the restroom trailer.  This deposit will be refunded within 7 days of the event.  An additional security deposit of $400 is required if clients are interested in using candles, sparklers or fire-pits.

EVENT HOURS : Facility rentals occur in 12 hour blocks from 11:30am – 11:30pm. Curfew for all events is 10:30pm, and events may be no longer than 6.5 hours (from the ceremony start until the last dance).  Music must cease by this time and the majority of your guests must be on the way out. Vendor load-out must be completed by 11:30pm including all trash and dish-ware removal. Additional set-up and clean-up times may be arranged prior to the event under mutually agreeable circumstances.

VENDORS : Panorama Events is not exclusive to any local vendors, but clients are required to have an approved caterer during their event.  See the “Resources” page for a list of approved vendors in the area.  If a client is interested in using a caterer not listed, Panorama Events will consider approval on a case-by-case basis after reviewing their credentials.

VENDOR ADVANCE : Within one week of the confirmed event, clients will be required to submit a “vendor advance”, which should outline the schedule (day and time) of vendor deliveries and load-in times.
